In each case we have carefully evaluated these service providers for information security, and have data protection agreements in place that reflect the contractual commitments we have with our customers. All software engineers work only on Dyad controlled, high-security computers.

The legal basis for the processing is the UK GDPR lawful bases as Article 6 (1)(e) and Article 9(2)(h) granted by patients to the data controller for the purpose of providing them with healthcare services.
